Warranties and returns


All our items come with a 12 month factory warranty from the manufacturer.

Note that no two pieces of furniture are the same, and slight variations in colour, grain or finish may occur between them. This is not considered a defect, and thus is not covered Also, due to variations in screens and photos, items viewed on a electronic computer screen may not be identical to the physical view of the same item.

You can always contact us before your order, and our team will be more than happy to send you any actual photos of items they may have to assist you in your choice. For more information, read our terms and conditions.


If you’ve changed your mind about the piece of furniture and no longer want it, you can send it back within 14 days of receiving the item.

We will accept and refund your money (less the initial shipping charges) as long as the item is returned in original, resell-able condition.

We can assist with organising a shipping agent to send the items back, however you will need to cover the costs. Note that returns are bound by our general terms & conditions.

Damaged items during shipping

We check all our items and cartons before we ship them. On the rare occasion where you receive your order and the carton and/or items inside appear damaged, do not accept delivery.

If you have opened the carton and have found the item to be damaged, please contact us with photos immediately (within 48 hours of accepting delivery), and our friendly staff will give you instructions on what to do next.

Generally, we’ll verify the damage and then asses the best way to either send out replacement parts, offer a refund, or help you organise an insurance claim to the courier.
